Processing & Dispatch Time

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery within the UK is 3–5 business days, depending on location. All orders are sent using Royal Mail, Evri or DPD signed-for and tracked delivery services to ensure secure receipt. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to UK addresses only, and exclude PO Boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and include handling and packaging costs.

Late or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@balticseedbank.com with your order number and we will assist promptly.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.
